Hello everyone hopes everyone is doing great. 

Don't be so worried about the failures, some times I am worrying I should stop worrying.

Today Morning I thought about this and want to share it with you all. 

How great our beloved seniors. 

If we think of this formation of the Thop Family as construction of a building. 

Vinay anna, Nikhil anna, Surya anna joined while the construction of the base. 

While construction of the base if there is rainfall we should be wet on that because there is no support of the roof, if we have heavy sun rays(here like discouragement) we should face those. 

It's very difficult I think so even though they believed themselves and Shravan sir. 

They worked on the construction of a Beautiful building (Thop Family). 

𝙉𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙥𝙩'𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚. 

𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨. 

Later while the construction of the roof. 4 more beautiful and talented seniors joined in the part of the construction (Triveni akka, Shivani akka, Lidvija akka,Tejasri akka).

New ideas Evolved and New Formats implemented and executed happened due to interactions. 

Started Thop talks and organising committee. 

𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤 𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚.𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮). 

Later our few more energetic and talented seniors joined. 

While the construction of the sidewalls and making the smooth of the side walls. 

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙬𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. 

This all participated in the construction of a building (Thop family). 

They have done various projects and they learnt various things. 

𝙉𝙤𝙬, 𝙬𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙. 

While the painting time. 

It is constructed and everything is fine we can stay here and have fun too. 

We arrived at that time. 

But I felt very grateful and felt proud of our seniors they all together made this beautiful platform. 

𝙉𝙤𝙬, 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮). 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨. 

This all happened with our Thop family team. 

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁.

This all happened because they Dreamt big and worked consistently. 

I am very grateful and proud of my seniors. 

This all happened in 3 years. 

To make valuable things takes time.
